1. Acceptance of Terms

By viewing, browsing, or utilizing any functionality on this website, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. If you do not consent to these terms, please discontinue using our site and services immediately.

2. Service Scope & Statements of Work

All professional engagements (including SEO, Website Development, Google Ads Management, and Design) are delivered pursuant to customized Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements agreed upon between DriseDigital and the client.

• Search engine rankings fluctuate based on algorithmic adjustments made by third parties (e.g., Google); hence, while we deploy industry-best ethical practices, absolute #1 rank guarantees are legally excluded.
• Website development timelines commence solely upon receipt of all prerequisite brand collateral, content, and server access credentials from the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of 100% final invoice settlement, complete ownership of bespoke source codes, final graphical deliverables, and brand designs transfers exclusively to the client. DriseDigital retains the right to showcase non-confidential project summaries within its promotional case studies and portfolio.

4. Payments, Milestones & Refunds

All project fees are billed as per documented milestones. Ongoing monthly services (such as SEO retainers and Ads management) are billed in advance of each billing cycle. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of digital deliverables, fees paid for completed development phases or media spend are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DriseDigital, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, ad-network policy suspensions, or unauthorized third-party hacking attempts.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
